Erin greeted us with a friendly smile and explained in a nice way that our rooms would be ready around 3pm. She also put our rooms on the 2nd floor next to each other. Just as requested!
Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Very clean and we loved that coffee and tea was available 24/7! Can we book way in advance for next year?
Negatives:
The homeless in the parking lot was a little worrisome since the hotel is not secured in the evenings. Maybe lock the doors and use your room key to enter at night would be a good idea!

Lovely location in woods but close to highway.. Small pool and hot tub open at 6 am. Very dog friendly (dog was free). Breakfast was decent , good variety of food .

Bathroom was a bit grubby and had no shower curtain. Staff were a bit abrupt ( maybe just very busy )

In the room checkout time is noon but I got a call at 11 saying checkout is 11. When I checked in I was told breakfast was til 11 it closed at 10. At 10:30 the employee who was refilling the breakfast items started mopping outside the breakfast room which is the lobby. So everyone one checking out had to walk through a very wet and slippery floor with their luggage. I’m surprised no one fell.

The breakfast was great! The location was central, and really easy to access from I 5. You have a weekend reception desk employee that is fantastic! I’m sorry I can’t remember your name, but if you are a young woman with long dark hair… thank you so much for putting your best efforts to making our stay enjoyable

It was a little dated, there was a tiny bit of a musty smell noticeable each time we entered our room.
