Staff was very rude and unprofessional. The doors didn't have locks on them they were busted. When you wanted to get into he door you had to slam yourself on the door to get it open. The bathroom light was on the complete opposite of the bathroom. Bed were too rough and so were the pillows.

I told the front desk for 3 days in a row that the fire alarm in the room was beeping. They kept telling me they would come fix it but never did! The bathtub would not plug closed, had to pull out a bunch of hair from it just to get it to drain after a shower! The toilet got clogged & instead of house keeping coming to fix it all the house keeper did was knock on the door & hand me the plunger to do it myself!!! Then after all this they tried charging my card $30 for checking out 30 minutes late even after the front desk lady told me it was ok! Never going back to this place & I recommend no one else does either!

I paid extra to check in at 6am and didn't get to chec in until approximately 2pm.

Had to wait until last day to do a couple loads of laundry because they locked laundry room an hour early first night and was not unlocked most of the day
