No ice, tweakers in the parking lot at 4 am, Church across the street doing outdoor sermon while I try to sleep. Dirtiest room ever i spilled a drink wiped it up and the towel turned black. Stained sheets and towels.

Room had refrigerator that made super loud noise 24/7. Cleaning staff didnt speak English so didnt understand my requests. Weekday staff mediocre help.

This is a decent hotel for a night or two, the location was the main reason I chose the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location is the best thing about this hotel.

Upon check in I had to sign a document stating I would not smoke in the room, but when I got to my room there was a strong cigarette odor, when I pointed this out to the cleaning staff, she returned with a can of disinfectant and started spraying the room

Key card for the room deactivate at any time you don't know when you leave the room if you will be able to get back in I have to keep going back to the front desk for a new key the key times out after midnight or before this is truly a setback for me.

We stayed in room #209. From the next room #210, there was ongoing partying with around 8+ people in the room, with loud talking, music in the room and hallway. This went on from around 9 pm to 2 am. We called the front desk 4 times, but they did nothing.

During the stay, I only had one roim cleaning service.
I had to complain for 3 days before I got one service.
I did not complain again knowing that they would ignore me.
Sure enough, I did not get room service firc3 days.
It was horrible experience. I would not stay there again .
