Positives:
The pool was closed and been repaired. This is why I chose the hotel because it had an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi, which was closed. The gentleman at the desk told me they gave Booking.com plenty of notice to let us know and that did not happen. I would’ve chosen another hotel with a pool.we work very hard and we needed that Jacuzzi for after work. Very disappointed.
Negatives:
The door to my room didn’t close completely had to pull hard to shut the door to where it latched. I did not like the sink in the inside the sleeping area. It was not inside the bathroom. No one likes to brush your teeth in front of other people. I’m not sure why the sink was even part of the main room.

Good location for anyone passing thru the Spokane Valley. Close to restaurants and stores. The room was comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast room seriously lacks seating for the number of guests. Both the pool and hot tub were out of service, which was disappointing and fell short of my expectations for a BW Plus.

Everything was fine except the two things noted below. The room was clean for the most part and the location was acceptable.
Negatives:
I had booked online and pre-paid for a single king room. When we arrived we were told that "the manager changed it because the king rooms are under renovations". I asked why I had not been notified and couldn't get an answer. I shared that I was frustrated because we had prepaid, and our reservations showed a single king bed. The price was the same, so we just went with it. The kid at the front counter then approached us and offered to upgrade to the family suite for not additional charge, which is pointless since it was just me and my husband for one night. Not a huge deal, but some communication about the change would have gone a long way. The next morning, the coffee pot also leaked all over the table.

The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. There isn’t a lot of noise from traffic.

The pool was being repaired and we weren’t aware of this until we got to the property. We would not have booked the room because our grandchildren love to swim and use the hot tub.

We arrived and noticed the pool and spa were drained and unavailable. Hotel felt dated, but wasn't a huge deal. Entered our room and it was even more dated; doors didnt want to close properly, sheets were thin, etc. Pillows were stained and disgusting...felt like they were original pillows that thousands of people had slept on. Deal-breaker was when we went to get in the uncomfortable beds and discovered lots of short dark hairs all over in the sheets. Maybe dog hair? Either way, unacceptable.
Packed up all of our things and drove a few more miles to stay at a clean Holiday Inn Express.
Staff was very friendly, and didn't seem too surprised when I told them about the condition of our room.
