Staff was super friendly and accomodated our needs. When we ran out of shampoo on the first night, they not only promptly refilled it but cleaned up the entire suite!

Breakfast ending at 9am was a little early, especially the day after Memorial Day. Could have stretched it out by an hour.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful property, spacious room. Staff was very sweet. Multiple elevators so never a wait. Lots of parking and nice clean pool. Wet family friendly - the kids loved it.
Negatives:
Loud and rowdy kids and adults in atrium, it closes at 10 and the noise stopped. But we had to leave early for the airport and this made our early bed time difficult. Also the traffic noise from the freeway kept me up. The hotel was great for our traveling family but may not be the best choice for a quiet getaway

Location to Seattle was great. Also the reception and breakfast was wonderful.
Negatives:
At 5:00 am the alarm clock in the room went off, we didn?t set it. Couldn?t go back to sleep after that. The rooms are a bit dated, and the bed had a ridge in the middle of it.
