Negatives: took long time to get in hotel trouble with booking in

Negatives: I found long dark hair on my sheets and in the bathroom. I shave a sinking feeling the room wasn’t that clean.

Negatives: The room slept in was a dirty mess and sheets and bed were unsanitary. Came in late the first night so was unable to check thoroughly, and woke up with bites on my legs. Immediately called for room service and housekeeping was shocked when looking at beds and very apologetic. Was moved to a new room, but was already so upset. The kitchen had no pots, pans, tools, silverware, plates… what’s the point of the kitchen?

Negatives: The price was a little high

Negatives: The room looked ok upon arriving once I was able to get in. I had messaged the property about an early check in since I was transferring from another one of their hotels in the area. The front desk was not able or willing to do so and ended in the loss of all my groceries from my morning check out that day. My reservation asked for additional towels and two extra pillows. Not able to accommodate that either. I went to the front desk and asked for dishes, apparently they don’t come standard with the rooms. They were happy to accommodate during the night shift. The other location made me come back the next day as she said there were no more dishes available. Strange to me but ok. My biggest complaint with the Lynnwood location would be the filth in the room. It was about the same at the other location as well. The carpeting must not ever get shampooed. My feet would be black from walking on the carpet without shoes on. All my socks are stained and the filters from the a/c look like they have not been cleaned in years. The smell in the rooms is nauseating at times and one of my neighbors was smoking in the room and it smells my room up pretty badly. Then the marijuana smoking was even more potent with the stink. Other than that, the sound of the people above me walking around sounded as if they were about to come through the ceiling and I could hear the gal across the hall on her phone calls all day as if she were in my room. Last but not least, very poor water pressure in the showers. Very difficult to get product rinsed from my hair with a trickle for water pressure. Easy to fix most of these issues with very little money and labor. Maybe schedule a carpet cleaning once a month at the least. Attempt to be more accommodating with requests. For the price paid to stay for such a short time, it’s a nice touch.

Negatives: Towards the end of my stay, the smell of cigarette smoke filled my room on numerous occasions. Clearly someone near my room smoking inside the hotel. The carpet was so dirty my feet and/or socks would be black from walking on it.
