Negatives: The doors are quite heavy when they slam so can hear other guests come in and out. Additionally, our room was facing the highway and it was quite loud in the morning so light sleeps should avoid facing the highway.

Negatives: Beware the Breakfast rip off - To charge $15 extra per person for breakfast, it needs to deliver quality not just quantity. But this was no different than the free “meh” breakfasts normally included at other hotels. Perhaps the ala carte menu is better. There are plenty of outside food options near the hotel. However praise to our server (Mariela), who had wonderful energy and hospitality. Meanwhile staff in general had a very hands off attitude and didn’t greet us when we approached the front desk. Every time with multiple staff we had to greet them before they would acknowledge us. ?!?! Weird. Seems like basic training in customer relations could be reviewed / improved. Also facilities were mixed. New furniture in the rooms but faucets leaking, cooling system was extremely cold for us (either really cold or heat on - there was no in between), pool and hot tub ok but looked not well maintained. We come down to Lynnwood regularly and have stayed in other nearby hotels. All in all it’s not really that different from others and in some ways quite disappointing. With the higher price rate and Hilton banner, customers expect better.

Negatives: Water pressure is low

Negatives: I asked for the top floor but got the 5th floor and would hear the above floor making noise a couple times a week.
