The cleanliness definitely needs work!! My family and I stay here twice a month and every single time I have to clean the bathroom myself and there’s always dust and hair all over the bathroom floor and most likely in the carpet as well. Also some mold in the bathroom ceilings and corners.

The room was very old and dirty, the deadbolt didn’t work, so I had them switch us to another room.. still old and dirty. I wouldn’t go barefoot on the carpet. I paid 190.00+ for this room, never again..

There was a bat flying in the hallway when we got off the elevator. The finishes in the room were awful, for the $200 I thought it might be a nice hotel. I’ve stayed in a $60 motel 6 that was nicer than this dumpster fire.

The lady who took care...

Absolutely horribly disgusting hotel. I paid $200 for essentially a crack head infested hotel. There was no RV remote in the room. Everything was unplugged, fridge, telephone, alarms EVERYTHING. I went to the front desk to let them know there was no TV remote and the front desk lady was unprofessional and rude. She told me I can change the channels Manuelly. Proceeded to tell me how She doesn't even have a TV at her house and in a nut I should be grateful. I get this is 1st world problems but to think I paid almost 200$ for 1 night is appalling. I had anxiety and felt very unsafe. While I was at the front desk asking about the remote a man walked into the lobby holding his man parts literally missing himself and asking if he could the bathroom. I believe he was homeless or on drugs but It was absolutely disgusting. I would really really really think twice before staying here.

The owners are very racist and like to profile even though they allow a prostitution ring and bunch of meth heads trapping put the place. It's not suitable for kids. There staff will say they will work with you(i hope so i paid for 16 nights) just to be kicked out all because i was allowed to pay later but then they checked us out without telling us not to mention not 1 room keeper came to clean it before they rented it out to someone else realizing that we were in there and ended up tresspaing us for there mistake
