Right next to the convention center (owned by the hotel). Private party with an extremely loud band and people in the hotel parking lot being loud and obnoxious, started at 5pm and ended at
2am after police were called to stop a
fight. A 3 star hotel???

Honestly, the price was okay, but wish I had booked through google hotels instead. Way better deals, in better locations.

-Insanely loud, there's mexican parties in the next door neighbour. Insanely unkempt from outside.

The room needed work. It's outdated. Stained carpets, shower curtain rod was falling down, so the curtain kept sliding to the middle of the bar. Refrigerator had water at the bottom from defrosting. Back security door was never locked.

i loved the suite and how set up it was such a great space to relax.

staff had a horrible attitude and never looked at me just the computer. couldnt ask a simple question like can i know where the dumpster is to remove trash or can i get clean towels. without eye roll and being talked over. the doors were not locked

very dirty run down hotel.....no maid service.....terrible hot breakfast, shady characters coming and going at all hours

Upon checking into our room we found a baggie of white powder that appered to be drugs. The front desk staff did nothing about it when presented with the baggie, did not offer to change rooms or deep clean ours. We declined to stay and returned our key.

I did not recieve refund for the stay, I did not recieve a reciept for the check out, I did not get my room switched after finding drugs. The hotel was dingy and run down. Trash bags in the hallway. Did not feel safe.

Room had dust and hair on the floor in the bathroom. Only two bath towels, sick was full of water, filthy phone. Just not very clean at all.

Walmart is a 3 min. drive. Parking was great! The breakfast was is buffet style. So much to choose from! The staff was great, the cleaning service was wonderful. Just a great experience with everyone there. Toiletries and coffee provided.

Outdated room. Heavily stained carpets, glue repairs, light bulbs out. The toilet was not secured to the floor, so it shook. Shower plunger barely engaged. VERY few TV channels. No creamer for the coffee. Bare floor hallway, so LOUD foot traffic (echoes)

This hotel is not a 3.5 hotel. We stayed the next night at a hotel rated 2.5 which was ten times better. It was old, loud, uncomfortable, advertised a pool, but the pool was off site and had to be 18 to go, analog TV, and we felt unsafe.
Positives:
Easy to find, big room, comfy beds, quiet. Was very pet-friendly!plenty of parking, good breakfast.
Negatives:
They were in the midst of construction. But, they did not work at night and did not begin work till after 8 am the next day.
