Finding used IUD's in the parking lot outside my room, off-leash dogs, sub-par cleaning, no working remote for TV even after asking for 3 days in a row. Poor customer service.

The ac was noisy like helicopter,the bathroom was noisier, the bathtub had hair in it and one corner was black spots like if something was removed and the floor by the toilet was with spot like pee and not cleaned up. The smell in the room was unbearable

Loved the kitchenette amenities , just wished there was cream and sugar for the coffee in room. Other than that our stay was great!

Hard to find even with GPS.I called the office number, the gal didn't know how to tell me how to get there. All 3 employees that I came into contact with were very indifferent and rude!!! No smiling, no eye contact, or offering additional information.

Not clean,brown smears on bathroom door, and wall by bed. Bathroom fan made metal screaming noises. Curtains had a 6" gap from the wall, you could stand on the outside walkway and see the mirror that faced the bed. Door safety latch was broken.
