The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient (near the new train station), although there were not a lot of open businesses/ restaurants in the immediate area.
Negatives:
The bathroom wasn't clean. The toilet seat was visibly not cleaned. The shower curtain was tattered and falling apart. Shampoo and conditioner not provided.

Moldy odor in bathroom $ obvious flooding has occurred as evidenced by the damage type on the bathroom door bottom
I lifted the toilet tank lid & its underside and tank area above the water line had lots of mold. I took a photo.
Bathroom exhaust fan made noise, but no suction- I held up a tissue onto it and it did not get pulled up at all!
The garbage was not emptied in the kitchen pail from previous occupants
No dish soap -had to ask front desk using my phone because the room phone did not work at all.
Extremely slow internet.
Took 25 minutes wait to check in while in a foul -smelling tiny “office” with only 2 couples in front of me.
Very few TV channels.-think only 15. No local channels.
No pan to cook with
Kitchen exhaust fan was extremely noisy with very light suction.
The room entry rug was extremely dirty.
Warnings were in the room entry door to keep it closed for security risks. So I was unable to clear the air of weird stale dirty-type odors and masking fragrance that were present.
By evening I had a headache, rare for me
I will never return and would like a refund due to All of these health concerning and property issues.

Positives:
Freshly renovated rooms. Laminate floors. Some details still need attention, but it's way better than hotels with old gross carpets. Train station is a maximum of 5 min walk away and takes you downtown Seattle. It's super convenient if you do not want to drive and waste money for parking !

Old bathtub with some rusty parts, but it would only matter if you want to take a bath.
