Stained couch, dirty walls. Horrible bed and pillows. Not what I expected with the Hilton/Hamptons name. I definitely overpaid for that night. Switched to the holiday inn and was much happier

The beds were comfy, the prices for snacks and extras was reasonable, the walking distance to field and other activities is nice. The main guest services were nice.

The housekeeping was not good. Whoever "cleaned" the room prior to us checking in, did horrible job. There was hair all over one of the beds, there was tube of weed found in corner of the room, the phone stuck to the table. The house keeping, or single house keeper, was not good.

Cleaness : When I enter, I found dirty bed cover. I requested to change the room or clean again. But the staff said room were fully booked and no staff to clean. Just refund the pet fee. There was no way to cancel because when I check near hotel there was no rooms. I disappointed Hilton's policy and customer service.

The staff we met were all very nice and friendly. I appreciated that, although I used booking.com, they recognized my hhonors membership. The breakfast seemed to be very balanced.
Negatives:
We were traveling from Seattle area to Boise. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the interstate highway. However, we recognize that there are other major roads in the area that need convenient hotels

Location was close to family. Really liked the fresh fruit at breakfast and the trays to carry your food. Also like there was water available at breakfast too.
Negatives:
Wish the fridge had a separate freezer had ice packs that didnt stay frozen and shower door was hard to open over mat so the floor would get a little wet if not careful.
