The view from the rooms facing the water was beautiful. The location of the property was good walking distance to places to eat.

The property is definitely an older piece of property, but they are working to improve it. You could tell they were doing renovations in different sections.

Negatives:
Very old slider, half of which was hazy. Toilet ran and had to be manually corrected a few times. Bed was creaky and pretty firm. For the most part we felt safe, but for a situation when we had to take our dog out at 2 am (ran into a suspicious vehicle/occupants which forced us to turn around after they exited the car towards us as we were trying to walk back inside). Outlets on one side of the bed did not work. Fridge smelled.

Very clean room with with Microwave, cable, and mini fridge. Free parking. King bed was comfortable. Great location to walk to Victoria BC ferry and restaurants. Beautiful waterfront promenade to walk or bicycle. Nice seaside view from balcony rooms.
Negatives:
Rooms were much smaller than they appeared online and no elevators--stairs only to the second floor. Our view was the parking lot.

Got it for the location, right on the water view. Amazing sunrise in the morning.

Only complaint is I had the hot water turned up all the way and would have liked it hotter. Not horrible, but would like more heat. Everything else was great.
