Positives:
Beds were very comfortable. Temperature in room was able to get cool to help my family sleep. Breakfast had a good selection.

Pillows were to soft even though they said soft and firm. There was no difference. Some road noise through the window.

VERY attentive staff, good breakfast and location. Well stay there again as our go-to hotel when we visit family in Puyallup. Thank you for the toothbrush and razor, I forgot mine. Thankfully, theres a McDonalds in the parking lot, we arrived late.

I loved the free complimentary breakfast, it had everything you would desire for a breakfast meal. Also include grab and go bags that you could take to your room for any food you wanted to bring with you.

No balcony that you could step out onto from the hotel room. The pool was closed my entire stay for maintenance, that was very disappointing. And also I was very disappointed that there was over $100 fee to change just one day that I would be staying ther
