Negatives: Would try to avoid staying outside seattle, pool didnt seem ideally maintained, customer service was poor and there was confusion with restaurant/coffee service

Negatives: Bathroom sliding door is loud and difficult to handle. AC works well but is pretty loud.

Negatives: Parking can be hard to find at night, breakfast area is a little tight when busy and not enough place to sit and eat.

Negatives: Bathroom door was tough to close and open.

Negatives: Toilet was really loud

Negatives: A little bit too expensive for what it offers

Negatives: Isaac Ko accused me of trying to steal my stay by denying I ever stayed there, which is not what happened at all. I received a refund on my parking as the front desk had said it was included in my stay. 3 days later Isaac Ko emailed me accusing of lying about ever being there and said he reviewed security footage to prove I had been there and he recharged my card. I had never said I hadn’t been there and found it incredibly unsettling that he came up with that lie, recharged my card days later, doubled down on that weird story and then ghosted me. It’s been weeks and I was never refunded or apologized to and I feel angry and think it’s so strange he wanted to invent a story where I lied about staying at his hotel to get a further $30 from me. It’s bizarre and unprofessional and probably illegal and I don’t think I’ll feel comfortable staying at a Marriott again, which is a shame because I’ve stayed at Marriotts all over North America and always trusted them. The fact he came up with a story about me denying I stayed at the hotel (which cost $620 for two nights) to save $30 on parking was incredibly insulting.
