Negatives: The AC unit sounded like there was a bag of marbles rattling around inside everytime the compressor turned on making it difficult to sleep.

Negatives: Noisy AC unit

Negatives: People next door were screaming and kids banging on the wall. I asked to be moved but was told they were fully booked. This was not true. I walked past several rooms that were vacant all day/ night. Bathroom had hair in soap dish. Bathtub drain was faulty. Spent $200 for this experience.

Negatives: Breakfast

Negatives: The location. It was a long distance from my primary place of assignment. I stayed here because it was quite affordable compared to other short stay apartment/hotels around this location.

Negatives: No housekeeping available unless extended stay greater than 5 days. No coffee at coffee room and had to request staff make more even though it was in the time limit given at check in. No comfortable chairs in room and kitchen only had a one cup coffee maker. Limited cups(2) and plastic cups (4) and kitchen did not have any dishes or utensils.

Negatives: It was bad from the start I agreed to pay a certain amount 170&that was for a 2 queen bed suite on the 1st floor&then was told they only had a room with a king bed no suite in the 3rd floor&all the rooms were the exact same price 170 even though I was being down graded for no reason. The front desk wasn't there even in check in we waited to wake her up which took a long time then she wouldn't even speak I had to ask where the room was&was told nothing about breakfast so we missed it... and after all that they over charged me for the room over 200.00 I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN

Negatives: The receptionist. As we checked in late at night, we booked 2bed rooms however room available was only 1 bed and 1 sofa. Our 2 bed room offered to a family that they needed it. So they thought we could accept it. The next morning, we went to inquire why we offered 1bed room, the receptionist knew the situation and didn’t make a remark to the staff at night. Do they promised to change her room for us and asked us to return 2hours later. We went again 2 hours later and was told the family would extend their stay. I was very angry. You didn’t solve the problem and requested us to solve the problem for you. It is so ridiculous!!! I was unhappy and the staff just reluctantly to find the vacant 2bed room for us and changed. They have the room and didn’t want to offer to the guest!!!it is sooooooo lousy. Also Ibshowrd my booking reference and details to the staff and she said they are Chinese she didn’t understanding. My God nowadays there is translator. She even didn’t look at it. I also thought that they have race discrimination , they presented a paper showed all the rules of their hotel and requested the guest to sign( Chinese) and there is translation. I saw some guys checked in on Friday(Americans), there is no need for them to sign….

Negatives: Room and bathroom not clean.
