The breakfast was amazing and so filling! My favorite thing about the hotel was how welcoming and helpful the front desk was! We loved our stay so much that we decided to stay another night and the front desk people were so helpful in making arrangements for our extra night! My other personal favorite was the cleanliness and size of our hotel room. Everything as a whole of this hotel definitely exceeded my exceptions for a vacation stay and the Hampton is now my go to hotel for vacations!

Positives:
The double queen bed room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all four of us, with our luggage, for several days.
The hotel was very functional - from the 24hrs treat shop to the water fountains and bkfst. It was the smoothest hotel stay we've had.
We also enjoyed spending some family time in the pool.

Clean rooms, close to where we wanted to stay
Negatives:
Was disappointed that when I booked, it said I had two beds. The second bed was a hide-a couch bed where there were springs poking into my mom’s back…
The biggest disappointment was waking up to all three of us taking cold showers no matter how long we waited the hot water would not heat up. We said something several times and all we got was a “sorry we will have maintenance look into that “no offer of a partial refund for the trouble.. seeing as we only stayed one night there was no option to have them fix it really. Definitely would not stay here again.

Our room was very spacious for the 3 of us. Good price for just outside of the city.
Negatives:
The GM (I’m assuming) was hovering over the breakfast area Saturday and Sunday. It was a bit bizarre. Having worked as a breakfast attendant I wouldn’t like to have someone micromanaging me.

So glad after a concert...
Positives:
The staff member who helped at the front desk when we first arrived was very friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had.
Negatives:
The breakfast was okay. Not great, but decent. Tables were clean and everything was well stocked the first day, Saturday. On Sunday there were no clean tables, I eventually picked the least dirty and cleaned it myself. By the time we were leaving someone had come out and started to clean, but that was 30 minutes later. There was no cut fruit like there was the first day, which was disappointing. Would have liked to see more healthy options.
