Best Western Plus Renton Inn

Negatives: Hi Booking.com I have number of complains. This is the first time I am reporting any complains. #1) As I was checking in the check-in staff member Jasmine gave me a surprise saying that I owe about $24 beyond what I paid to Booking.com I told her that I have already paid everything in advance and I don't owe anything more. #2) On the morning of September 8, there was no wi-fi, when I called the front desk the rep Diana said there is no issue on her side and that net is up. I suggested that may be issue is on my 3 floor, so please reset the router. But she refused. #3) It is my routine to always ask for a checkout statement showing ZERO balance to make sure the hotel does not bill my incidentals cc later. Once again Diana and her manager Ann refused to provide the statement. I was not comfortable leaving without a paid-in-full statement I will never stay at any any Best Western hotel in the future.

Negatives: Your hotel chain should have branch around or close to mall outlet or shopping area.

Negatives: It was far from downtown Seattle. I wish there was a shuttle

Negatives: The first room did not have any hot water. Front desk said they would have maintenance look at it, never did. Got back from sons baseball game and he couldn't shower Moved rooms, sink drain not draining well. Back door didn't open without my son pulling as hard as he could. He is an 18 year old baseball player. Front desk said that they would have a manager call me as they were on vacation. No phone call. They left a note about partial refund and or credits applied to my account. Tried emailing hotel a couple times and no response. Horrible customer service.

Negatives: It had the softest bed I ever had in a hotel room, which was not good for my back. It squished way down when you sat on it. The charging plugs didn't work on one side.of the bed. There was a loud door squeaking sound that went off about every 25 minutes. Luckily my noise machine drowned most of it out. If you are traveling from the south it is almost impossible to travel over three lanes in one block to turn at the light that goes into the hotel. We had to drive a mile down the road to turn around. Also it seemed overpriced at almost $200 a night.

Negatives: 2 small things - the elevator was broken. we stayed on the 2nd floor and were able to enter through the back so only had to use the stairs to go down for breakfast so it wasn't much of an issue. Also, the note in my room said they had complimentary toiletries. I forgot my toothbrush so went to ask for one but they didn't have any. VERY VERY SMALL THINGS......
