Very stylish and chic hotel. Extremely clean. Private area across form the lake and park. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I loved it.

We picked this hotel specifically for the pool. My daughter had convention and competition all weekend and just wanted to swim when she wasn't busy at that. No heads up prior ro arriving or even upon check in that the pool was out of service. We found out after a long day and my daughter was just looking forward to the pool, when we walked to the pool and saw the sign.

Pool was broken down and closed which was one of the reasons to stay here. Discount should have been given for lack of expected amenity. Room cleanliness was satisfactory but far from great. Mattress uncomfortable.

Positives:
The property was lovely, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. The walls and floors were thick and quite soundproof, too. We came together for a family reunion, reserving a number of rooms, and we had kids with us. I was a bit afraid we would need to be after out kids to keep quiet. We couldn't hear our kids or family members in our adjacent rooms through the walls, so we were pleased about that. It made it comfortable for everyone.
Negatives:
We were disappointed that the pool was out of order, as we were coming together as three families with kids. The indoor pool looked lovely and was one of our primary reasons for choosing this location. We also requested a King suite room so that we could have a few dishes and serving amenities, but the suites offer very little other than a microwave and refrigerator. One item that we lacked was a wine key. They had one at the front desk that we had to return immediately since it was the only one in the entire hotel. The wine key was a small detail, but the pool was a larger one. The kids were disappointed they were unable to swim.

Police were called to our floor because of disturbance. My wife and I left because we did not feel safe there. I called the desk 3-5 times in the span of 3 hours. Police finally showed up at 11:30 PM. My wife and I decided to leave because of not feeling safe. I told the front desk why we were leaving and I wanted my money back. He said he couldn't do that, that his manager will contact me. As of this time and date, no one one has!!!!

Did not like had to pay parking when clearly stated on ad page it was free. Housekeeping was rude and invasive. Security thought he is a supper cop and the crime of not having your parking pass clearly displayed and insult what you were wearing

We really enjoyed how close this hotel was to everything. Everything was clean & the person who checked us in was super friendly. We also loved how comfortable the bed was and that there was a microwave & fridge in our room. Also loved that we could sign into our Netflix account and watch movies since weve never been able to do that at a hotel. Definitely coming back!

A great place to stay for our anniversary. Loved how close it was to everything and how clean and comfortable everything

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, some of the nicest people we have encountered at a hotel. The woman at the front desk over the weekend we stayed there was exceptional. Our room was not the right setup for us. She realized that before we did and quickly gave us a different room without batting an eyelash. We had a very comfortable stay and slept peacefully.
Negatives:
The pool is too cold for adults and children too. If it were just 5 degrees warmer, it would be tolerable to stay in for some fun play.
