The hotel and the rooms were kept very clean. The size of the rooms are spacious and the views spectacular, as is the beauty in Seattle.
Negatives:
The reception staff were rather unfriendly. The breakfast was very basic, nothing to write home about. They could put more effort in improving this. My room was facing the road and nearby train, so it was noisy.

I didn’t like that we had to pay an additional $50 Canadian dollars for parking. The hotel has parking on site and I feel it should be free for guests. We already paid over $605 for 2 nights, so I feel you should be able to park your car there.

Electronic checking did not allow access to the garage which was purchased in advance. We were placed in a lower level room on the backside. Had a view or a rock retaining wall.

Room location on 2nd floor look out at block wall. Should have asked for better room hiven price but tired upon arrival after long drive. Paying for parking, Not really easy to walk to The Landing so didn't go while there as time was short. Should indicate you can do laundry on the amenities.

Positives:
The gym was quite nice, pool (even if didn't use it) was a good discovery. The location is super convenient for Boeing and Southport offices.
Negatives:
Breakfast options were lacking. Only 1 hot meal option every day - usually some sort of eggs. Meat options limited to sausage which wasn't great. No cold cuts, no hot meat options.
Aircon was a bit noisy and sun and blind curtains weren't closing all the way (there still was a gap doesn't matter how hard I tried) - didn't help with trying to go to bed early (8PM).

Great option for a stay...
Positives:
Fine hotel. Very comfortable. We were driving with a lot of luggage in the car for a long distance move.. We choose this hotel because it had a gated secure garage. We felt fairly safe leaving all our luggage in the car overnight. Things can happen but it seemed the safest parking situation near a large city. Also the cheapest parking fee in the area.
The location is a short walk from Lake Washington. Absolutely beautiful views from all the small restaurants along the waterfront. I would stay here again.
