It was a total nightmare. Their key card machine was down they had to walk people to the rooms to let them in. It was total chaos and the actor/comedian, and musicians that I was traveling with did not enjoy themselves at all. One of the actors I was traveling with is a valued gold member of the Hilton and he was treated poorly by the staff. When he requested late check out through corporate he was awarded but the people behind the desk charged me for a full extra day because he checked out late.

The room was disgusting as you can see on the pictures. And the mattress completely bended making it impossible to sleep that’s on top of the noise in the room and corridor next to us.
I don’t understand how any one would pay 285$ for that kind of service.

Very outdated and overpriced. The bathroom did not include a fan, the condensation was very heavy and the door did not latch appropriately. We had 3 registered guests but only enough towels for two. All three of us woke up itching which is concerning for bed bugs. The pool was out of order which was not communicated beforehand. My reservation included breakfast but the staff tried to argue otherwise. Thank goodness my confirmation included the necessary language to substantiate my claim. Although, in hindsight, we would have been better off going to McD’s for breakfast based on quality alone. The turkey sausage was so dry it resembled twigs. Overall a very run down location and does not meet the Hilton standard in anyway. It was very disappointing all around.
