Reservation messed up. Our grandson was in a room on another floor instead of adjoining, as per request when booking months in advance.

After getting hit with $50 in extra fees, the hotel charged me $7 for parking while Im staying there. Nothing was ever mentioned about having to pay for $7 for parking. Why did I have to pay for parking even tho I had 2 rooms booked. Also they tried to charge my college who rode with us $7 for parking as well. Def find somewhere better.

Hotel advertised restaurant and bar. However, NO restaurant or bar on the evening we stayed (we were told that it only opened on weekdays). If we had known this we would NOT have come. In the morning breakfast was available and food fine, but staff did not explain procedure properly (eg no menu till we asked), and we noted that another customer started to serve himself, found out that breakfast was not complimentary, and put food back. Signage at front is only visible if travelling south down E Valley Road.
