Positives: Very nice location. Seemed upscale and mostly caters to business traveler types.

Negatives: Not family friendly. Pool was dirty (green scum). Door to our room you had to essentially pry open as the doors was too tight to the door jam. At night plumbing is extremely loud in the building.

Negatives: The bathroom floor was dangerously slippery by the shower when wet. The shower had no lip or door to stop the water from getting on the bathroom floor. With the shower right near the bathroom door, it made for quite the slip.

Positives: The room had the essentials like refrigerator, coffee maker, iron board and extra toiletries. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Really poor, sinking mattress and flat pillows. All of my family complained for the price we paid, the bed should have been better.

Negatives: With exception of the valet, the hotel staff was not friendly - the receptionist had no smile and rather to assist on the spot, she took out number for a callback. The host at the Water restaurant too was not friendly. No smiles in this hotel? Same for the banquet crew. Just doing a job and not connecting with the guest.

Negatives: Weird experience in that the restaurant staff told us they were closing down to fumigate for bugs. We were actually bitten by mosquitos inside the restaurant indoors. Staff was efficient but not particularly friendly or helpful.
