Room was lit so dark to hide the grimy-ness of the place. It had not been cleaned and when I went into the bathroom, there were long strands of someone else's hair all over the walls of the shower from top to bottom. The toilet seat was greasy, the towels had not been cleaned properly and were stained, and when I asked for a Manager to get back to me --- nothing...Crickets. Of course they do not want to refund me with even a partial refund, but at least a courtesy call would have been appreciated. Worst experience of any hotel I've stayed at.

nothing --- we did not stay as the place was not as advertised and I did not feel safe or healthy. Waiting for booking.com to refund our money. The hotel refunded to booking.com

I would like to have a full refund. We got to the hotel and it was not acceptable. There were people with dogs roaming all around. Fleas and bedbugs. it appeared to be a hotel for homeless people. I did not feel safe or healthy. The hotel was gracious and cancelled the room and did a refund to booking.com. Now I would like the full refund be made to my card.

Gal at desk personality plus, very helpful and fun. Intuitive tonour age and needs, She made sure we had a ground level room without us even asking! Quiet, comfortable room. Slept well. Newer bed & bedding. Newer pergo flooring, tv & light blocking curtains. Good temp, not too hot. Air conditioner functioned well, pretty quiet.Spacious, R rm has a sofa!

You have to be careful they steal your deposit I stay in the hotel I put one hundred dollars deposit and they keep it because they say that I steal something from the room the second time I stay they charge me 150 dollars because now they say that I smoke in the room be careful with them I I been trying to fix this problem and they said that they don’t have time for me
