Positives:
The staff were amazing. Location was calm and quiet. Facilities were in pretty good shape and the shower had power! I didn’t need it, but was impressed by the complimentary use of the laundry facilities. Did I mention that the staff get an A+? I would stay in the future.
Negatives:
“Didn’t like” is stronger language than I’d use. The bed was on the verge of needing to be replaced but was still pretty comfortable. The kitchen supplies were limited but worked for our stay.

Breakfast was self serve with many options. The van transit to and from the airport and pretty much anywhere within 5miles was a fantastic perk that we really appreciated.
Negatives:
It was a little far from anything: shopping, restaurants, etc. Fortunately this was offset by the complementary van transit.

the fact that when I would go to the front desk, the staff was in the back and I was just standing there waiting for someone to cone and help me. and there was a staff member standing there in the back door way who saw me and stood and said nothing and kept looking at me. They were having a personal conversation that was very loud and using profanity that you could clearly hear out at the front desk. Very, very unprofessional

Everything, room is not clean, AC was not working we called the reception and she came herself and spend a good 20 minutes trying to find out how to turn it on and even at that didn’t work, no soap in the room , the breakfast was awfull not worth the money . Ended up only staying only 1 night and canceled the other 3
