Larkspur Landing Renton - An All-Suite Hotel

Negatives: Had to call multiple times to be picked up from the airport, stood outside waiting for an hour after being told "a couple minutes" and "15 minutes" three times with 4 calls.

Negatives: The breakfast

Negatives: It was a little far from anything: shopping, restaurants, etc. Fortunately this was offset by the complementary van transit.

Negatives: the fact that when I would go to the front desk, the staff was in the back and I was just standing there waiting for someone to cone and help me. and there was a staff member standing there in the back door way who saw me and stood and said nothing and kept looking at me. They were having a personal conversation that was very loud and using profanity that you could clearly hear out at the front desk. Very, very unprofessional

Negatives: Everything, room is not clean, AC was not working we called the reception and she came herself and spend a good 20 minutes trying to find out how to turn it on and even at that didn’t work, no soap in the room , the breakfast was awfull not worth the money . Ended up only staying only 1 night and canceled the other 3

Negatives: The breakfast items were adequate, but one morning when I went about midway through the breakfast time, the coffee was empty, there was no butter for waffles or bread for toast.

Negatives: I did not like the space. It's smaller than expected for a family of 4 and with a pet. There isn't a swimming pool. Breakfast good was all pre-packaged items or frozen items, and not like other hotels where there was warm, cooked scrambled eggs, pancake or waffle batter, bagels, boiled eggs etc. For the price of the room, I would expect it to look a lot more decent than it did. You can hear cracks here and there as you walk around the room. The sofa had a weird smell and the mattress on there was not comfortable at all. The paint in the bathroom walls was either chipped or had cracks. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom, so the steam and smell from #2 stuck around in the bathroom and in the entire room a lot longer. One of the pillow provided for the sofa bed was just plastic and filled with what sounded like plastic materials inside. It wasn't a normal pillow filled with comfortable materials like cotton. The room was big enough to fit 4 people and our research said 4 people on there but they limited their towels. Overall, the place did not look or feel clean. I would not return here, ever again.
