More handicapped parking spaces. Drive directions really needs some attention. "Breakfast" was below par. Mostly carbs and only some cheese for protein.Lighting was unacceptable in the kitchen and bath almost absent lighting.Flickering overheads.

Old, dingy and dated - sofa was awful - dropped down into the seat - couldn't sit on it. It didn't look particularly clean or well maintained. My door key didn't work and while a nice person did attempt to assist me, it didn't work much better for her. I was told that the doors were sometimes difficult and I'd just have to keep trying until it opened. If I'd wanted to gain entry to my room in a hurry for some reason, that would not have helped me. I didn't feel particularly safe on the first floor and I'd attempted to register early and requested a 2nd floor room. I wasn't accommodated. I was told it was first come first served as to the room you get.

The carpet was filthy, lights burned out, fridge was extremely noisy and running constantly, constant road noise and parking lot noise, thin walls where you can hear everything, smelled like urine, bad parking, worn out room, bad breakfast, no amenities
