Negatives: Confusing to access

Negatives: a neighbor was loud all night. Tv volume up, loud talking, etc. Didn't sleep well.

Negatives: The upstairs neighbors stomped when they walked or ran in their room. This was very late nights, and very early mornings.

Negatives: The hotel check-in process was Extremely Frustrating. It started from the moment I called the hotel from the airport for a shuttle pick-up using the number provided by this booking service. Hotel rep indicated I did not have a reservation and needed to recheck my booking (and therefore could not arrange the shuttle pick-up). I rechecked my information and called back again suffering thru long hold times. The agent did some more checking using the additional information I could provide and found out I was staying at their adjacent property so he could send the shuttle. By this point, I had missed the shuttle and had to wait another half hour for the driver to come back. Once I arrived at the property and waited some more for the one desk agent to be available to check me in, he told me I was at their other Sonesta property across the parking lot so I had to gather up our luggage and walk a few hundred yards to the other property. Once there I again had to wait to be helped and the one agent begin checking me in. After several minutes the agent indicated she had to check on something. After several more minutes of her on the computer and then making a phone call to another staff member she informed me the property was over-booked, but had secured me a room at the property where the shuttle had originally dropped me off but it was actually better for me since Id get a continental breakfast voucher at that property. I again gathered up my luggage, retraced the couple hundred yards back to the original property and waited in line to be helped and checked in. I will refrain from visiting this property again, and doubt I will be using this booking service given the issues the hotel had handling my reservation.

Negatives: The upkeep of the property was lacking. The carpet in the halls was not stretched and created ripples that could trip you up. Cobwebs in the corner of the room. Also didnt like that the breakfast cost $9.99 per person and was at the neighboring hotel and you have to buy a parking permit as well.

Negatives: What ruined this stay for me was that the shower had no hot water. Also the shower was not cleaned well, and there was hair in the drain. There was a device on the ceiling, over the bed (probably a smoke alarm) with a flashing LED that kept me awake at night.

Negatives: The bathroom was a little run down. Also stop charging for parking! Just raise the price of the room. Parking cost is not listed anywhere when booking, you are just told when you check in that theres an added fee.

Negatives: Its time to make some repairs, not really clean room, there were bread crumbs in the kitchen cabinets, the rooms are cleaned once every 3 days (they said on the front desk), and the housekeeper came on the second day. There was a long hair left in the bathroom from previous guests on the wall. The only elevator was very slow, no free parking. The ice machine didnt work. P.S. there is no option to add more than 4 pictures in review

Negatives: We booked our stay and paid in advance. Then upon arrival we were charged, without advance notice, an additional $10 per day for parking. The site is not in the middle of town and has plenty of parking. Well not stay again or book with Booking.com.
