Staff is fantastic. Shuttle staff helped getting us to the light rail 2 blocks from hotel, light rail takes you to downtown Seattle. So perfect location to airport and transit system

The phones to call shuttle were not working. This was a known issue. Had to pay $22 for 2 minute taxi ride at 1 am at night. When at reception the clerk confirmed that the phones didn't work so they don't send out shuttle....

Checkin took about 15 minutes due to staffing changeover. Staff not particularly welcoming. Booked king room but was given a suite and although the thermostat said 73 the whole place was cold.

Rooms are really run down, toilet paper and towel holders falling off the wall, bathroom needed painting, etc.

Location is great, room service available, most of Staff friendly. Shuttle service was fast and reliable. No noise from planes. Food from restaurant was quite good.
Negatives:
Beds were super squeaky. There must be metal box springs on the fake wood floor. Hallway was also a bit noisy with other guests, doors slamming, etc.
