Ice machine empty. Elevator broke in the morning. Hotel posted on car windshields cars would be towed if there after June eighteen. What about people traveling? Come back to find their car has been towed? Very bad planning

Friendly and professional staff. The room was large and bed was very comfortable. My room had a balcony which was a nice treat.
Negatives:
This hotel is huge! It was a long shlep to my room. After a long day of traveling and a late arrival in Seattle I was exhausted. The directions to the room included a map and Instruction on the two different elevators I had to take to get to the room. I never would have found it on my own.
