Unfortunate my stay at Double Tree Hotel was very bad, I have been a long-time customer of Hilton hotels, but this one will take long time to forget. We had reserved a room based on the website information and pictures, after arrival at hotel, they offered to upgrade to another room with view for $20 more which seemed reasonable. When we got to the room, we found a room that was nothing like the pictures on the website and looked at a 5 story parking garage. I went and talked with the reception, and they offered another room which was even worse. After half an hour of this, we were too tired of running up and down the hotel and just stayed the room. The explanation given was that the pictures were not for this hotel!! We got up in the morning and cancelled the rest of our stay at Double Tree and checked out ,never coming back to this place.

Close to airport: transportation to cruise line for a fee available: cookies are amazing. Bed super comfortable!

People were striking in front of of facility: limited non qualified staff trying their best to get us checked in and out. Restaurant and bar not open due to strike.
