There was no coffee or extra toilet paper, When I got in the shower there were hairs in the shower. The condtioner canister on the wall was totally empty and there was a dirty wash cloth hung over the shower curtain. All was reported to the front desk.
Negatives:
The staff, both at check in and check out, were less than helpful, at best, rude at worst. The man who checked us in failed to offer Hilton awards bag, to tell us that the restaurant was closed or that we had to sign up for the airport shuttle.
