This hotel is a SCAM; the room description is inaccurate. I booked a room that was supposed to have 1 king and 1 queen bed, but I got a room with 1 king bed only, which was way too small for my family.
All the amenities in the hotel are dated, well-used and stained. It looks like the hotel had no renovation for at least 20 years.
The breakfast in the hotel was just disgusting, only processed food and no veggies at all.
Apparently, Booking.com is aware of the inaccurate room description, but it doesn't do anything about it, so good bye Booking.com I'm switching the Expedia.

Staff at breakfast. Pathetic customer service. I was not expecting you have to stand in lines to get breakfast. What's is this kids' canten ? You need to give proper training to the staff who's serving breakfast.overall, stay was good, but breakfast ruined the whole trip. I might not book you guys again. Honestly you have to give proper training to the staff including front counter.

I asked for room cleaned while I was out and it wasn't until I was getting ready for an event close to 5pm. Next night sheets weren't changed at all, let alone bed made. I worked in several hotels and I at least always made the bed up.

Rooms are outdated. Toilet was would not flush and toilet seat was half on and half off. Floor was dirty and stained. Room smelled of stale smoke. Front desk staff was less then friendly

Positives:
The breakfast was good. There was a long line for the omlet bar, but it was worth it. The managers reception was pretty good. Long lines and limit of two drinks. Small snacks like pretzels and endless soda for kids and/or adults.
Negatives:
The hotel was a little run down. The sofa bed in the hotel was uncomfortable (as many are), but there were not sheets ready for us in our room. We had to call down and ask for sheets. Eventually, we had to walk down and ask in person. The worst part about our stairs were the other people staying near us. There were kids running up and down the halls and banging on the bedroom walls from about 10:30pm well past midnight. No one in our room slept well.
