pool and hot tub very dirty, flickering exterior light outside our window all night, front door not working, elevator not working, low quality breakfast food compared to other Embassy Suites

Lobby entry door was broken. Lobby area furniture was dirty. Lack of security monitoring in lot.Checked in at midnight to hotel and security was in lobby but did escort or monitor the lot to ensure the customer safety. Room sofa was dirty
