Staff was friendly and responsive. I liked receiving texts asking about our stay. We were able to request a noon checkout by text. The response was fast and positive. It made our departure much less stressful.

Excellent location next to Lumen Field. Handy parking garage. Easy check in and check out. 13 Coins Restaurant open late and that was great especially since we needed a later night meal option after the game.

Disappointing experience for we spent a lot to stay here over two nights. Room was dirty- stained sheet, window had greasy finger prints all over upon check in, one roll of TP for 5 people, rust in the bathroom fixture, sofa stained with a gross dark large spot of some thing? For the money spent we expected better accommodations not just the convenience of location next to Lumen Field. Also, breakfast buffet was marginal. Food was just not very good…eggs tasteless, sausage dry, baked goods hard and stale. Parking was not complimentary for hotel guests.
