Although I prepaid for breakfast with my hotel rate, there was a $15 cap. Everything was al la cart and if your bill was over $15, you had to pay out of pocket.
Also, the staff could not tell me why I was charged $82 in incidentals when I had no expense

The location is great. The staff were fantastic all around from the front desk to the housekeeping staff.

The parking is a pain in the ass. Getting in and out of the garage was frustrating. There is no signage indicating the pedestrian exit or entrance for that matter. The sign into the garage was covering up the card scanner so it was easy to miss it the first time.

location - close to the water, office is just across the road. The breakfast was fantastic - simple, delicious. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. i had a delivery made to the hotel and it was safely kept by reception when i returned from work in the evening.

The good hotel with convenient access to major sightseeing destinations, ideal for avid walkers seeking to explore the city on foot. The hotel maintains high cleanliness standards, and the staff are exceptionally helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

The room itself is lovely, but unfortunately, the sound insulation leaves much to be desired. Throughout the night, the noise from the road is audible, which can disrupt sleep and detract from the overall experience. It came as a surprise to us that although breakfast was included, it was not in the traditional sense. Instead, guests receive a room credit to use towards breakfast items. However, the prices for dishes are quite high considering the portion sizes, and you will have to pay more out of pocket to cover the full meal.
