Overall room was dirty, visible dust in the bathroom and on widows. Visible stains on bed sheets. When it was last painted there were multiple splatter marks on the furniture and baseboards and a large stain on the bathroom door.

Being downtown, it was loud at night. Alot of first responders blaring sirens during the night. That might be worse due to the homeless problem in the general area and the drug issues with that.

I loved the location! That was the best part . Right next to the library, hop on hop off bus stop 10, walking distance to monorail and observatory.
The staff is very friendly! So that was nice
Negatives:
I didn't like that breakfast was limited on the last day, so if you have breakfast included, you get vouchers. But our last morning their the wifi was out again and there was an issue so we didn't get to use the voucher and when trying to order they said items were out of stock so it felt like wasted money which was a let down. So if you book, get it w/out breakfast and just buy your own
The rooms are sorta small, bathrooms to! But it works for a quick stay.
The window in the room doesn't open or only opens 1 to 3 inches up.
AC works , heat did not or maybe only works in winter . So if u get cold, just shut AC off
Also, it wasn't handicap friendly , you have to go down like maybe 5 stairs to get to the elevator on Cafe side and entrance, I was not affected personally, but that was a bummer to see
