Lee at the front counter was friendly and helpful.

Our room was dirty and had cockroaches. We checked in and dropped our stuff to head to a concert. When we came back after midnight, no one was at the counter. I finally had a chance to really look at the room and realize that the cleaning services weren’t great. The floor wasn’t clean and there was a weird stain on the bed skirt. The sheets were old and it seemed like they needed to be retired a few years ago. The bathroom mirror was broken and glued back together poorly on the frame. The bathroom resembled a gas station facility and there was no tub for the shower, rather a two inch barrier between the bathroom floor and shower floor. The real kicker was around 3:30 am I woke up to a cockroach walking across my face. I found a few more along with other little bugs walking all over the “wood” flooring. I can’t believe I spent $150.00 for this experience. I told the lady at the counter in the morning and she wasn’t surprised. Gross!
