Very good
Positives:
The location is great for access to University of Washington. The coffee shop/cafe is adorable and the decor in the lobby is really great!
Negatives:
The walls were PAPER thin. We could hear everything on both sodes of our room and it was so loud. Very disruptive. Also the gym had no AC and was very very small. With 4 other people there is was like a sauna.

Positives:
The lobby was very beautiful it was in a good location for my purpose close to university of Washington a lot of restaurants around. The room was spacious with a beautiful view.
Negatives:
It would be nice if there was a refrigerator in the room
The closet didn’t have a light
The neighborhood was not very clean.
I stayed for two nights
For a four star hotel I was expecting my room to be cleaned up each day and fresh towels provided, but it was not.

A beautiful hotel near University...
Positives:
Great Location. Close to town center and only a few minutes from Pike Place Market. Had a great view and comfortable seating. Staff was helpful as well
Negatives:
Valet Parking is expensive; their are places to park within the area but is fairly limited

Very good
Negatives:
The room and bathroom were relatively cramped and the bed was too high. The decor was weird, a mix of furniture and art that didn't really go together. Mostly the staff were nice but one concierge was pretty terse.

Good
Positives:
We were sad because we booked here for the rooftop and it was closed for a private event but other than that the stay was great. Lots of hot water in the shower, beautiful view, full size pillows, and a really cool coffee/wine shop downstairs. The staff were incredibly accommodating and great!
Negatives:
Parking is expensive and no pool or hottub. I wish they would email prior if the rooftop bar is is going to be closed or reduce the rate if that happens. No mini fridge but there is a water heater.

Positives:
Perfect location close to the train, shopping, and places to eat. Friendly staff. The cafe is great and we loved the rooftop bar.
Negatives:
The rooms are cute, but need some upgrades. Please have mini fridges!

Superb
Positives:
Close proximity to the University of Washington and numerous restaurants are nearby. We walked to both of these, but it was a lot of walking, which we enjoyed!
They do have an exercise room onsite that has the basics. If you are an avid exerciser, you would probably enjoy a day pass at a local gym instead.
Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. If the room would have had a mini-fridge it would have been perfect!
Negatives:
Parking. Valet parking was approximately $50 a night, which was our only choice unless you wanted to leave your vehicle in garage a few blocks away. The parking garages had poor online reviews, so we did leave our vehicle in valet parking.

Near the University of Washington
Positives:
We really enjoy staying here. The decor is fun and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and we will definitely be staying here again.
Negatives:
You can hear people in the halls so that’s something to be aware of.
