Parking was outrageous. No washcloths. Had to summon the valet to get my car twice with front desk after long wait. Coffee in the room was old and stale. TV was almost non responsive to the remote.

Great location with fabulous views and I enjoyed the decor.

The walls and windows are paper thin. You will hear every conversation, every flushing toilet, and every crying baby in the rooms next to you.

Room was beautiful and the checkout staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
Had to call the front desk to get a mini fridge in the room and when I gave the valet a 15 minute heads up that I was coming down soon they still didn't have my car ready when we arrived to leave.
