Loacation and Clean, plus Room Size.
Negatives:
No Closet in the Room or Iron to Press Clothes.

The layout (lol). Why is the room elevator shaft so far down and away from the lobby?

Did not like the way one of the staff treated me. I think - She was wearing face mask with NO name tag. When I asked for water bottle she asked me to get it from the counter for $4 when I saw other staff providing free water bottle.

The staff. I missed a connecting flight through SEATAC. Booked online at 11am. Called and asked for early check in. Immediately she said yes no problem. We showed up an hour later to the best customer service I've ever had. amazing Team So apprec

The room was so clean, my daughter got alot of water on the bathroom floor and when we cleaned it with the white towels, there was no dirty on them !! I clean alot and this made me super happy !!

The booking said there was a pool and a spa but there was not. The rooms were poorly decorated and the bedding was super uncomfortable and scratchy. The breakfast was okay but we wouldnt stay there again
