The couch bed mattress was very uncomfortable for
my son You could feel the springs through the mattress. Maybe a foam cushion should be offered to use. I had difficulty in the bathroom as the toilets are so low. I went downstairs to the handicapped bathroom and the toilets also too low and rails not convenient to help get up.

The Breakfast is fulfilling and decent. Good variety. I liked how the eggs were done. They were not done the usual scrambled way, they were omelette style, loved it.
Negatives:
I did not like the location of the gym. I got lost on my way back to my room. I had to call for help to navigate.
The room was very small.
For the size of the room, the price paid was not value for money.
