Dont know who missed up but arrived expecting to have a room and was told I did not have a reservarion showed booking paper work confirmation and was told they where having problems recieving reservations from booking .com contacted booking .com they confirmed my reservation. Still no room because they where completly booked cost extra cab fare to go another hotel that booking .com help me find hampton hotel no help at all
