Room smelled old and musty. Plug ins only in the center of beds. (Not convenient for cpap users) Breakfast was super disappointing. Trash cans were overflowing, tables were all dirty. Eating area was so crowded I couldn’t get to our table in the back corner because everyone was sitting in chairs that backed up to each other. Food was picked over and not refilled. No oatmeal. Waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working. Staff was standing around eating the food instead of cleaning up the mess.

The staff here are phenomenal!! We were given a voucher here on the way into town, due to our flight being delayed, but on the way back, I chose this location again. It was safe, the staff make you feel welcomed, there's a shuttle, breakfast and you can buy snacks.
Negatives:
My room didn't have hot water... But my parents' room did, so there's that.

Clean, comfortable beds and easy access location as we were staying for my son's Celebration of Life service so we had a lot of emotions happening. The staff were amazing and the morning breakfast was wonderful!

Location was great! Very centralized! Breakfast was better than most “breakfast included,” hotels.
Negatives:
Very small and cramped rooms for a long stay with a family of four. I don’t like that the sink area is in the same room as the toilet /shower especially during a family stay. I prefer the sink separate (outside the toilet) so multiple people can get ready at the same time. They were in the middle of construction but there were no warnings prior to checkin.
