Exceptional
Positives:
It’s right on the bus line, there are a couple of restaurants directly across the street. I had a great morning walk down to the marina.

Negatives:
The parking system is so horrible, it charge me twice and I only park once, and the parking fee is too expensive.$64 per night

Positives:
The staff was friendly, the location was nice.
Negatives:
There was mold around the edges of the entire hot tub. There was a bad water spot/mold on the shower ceiling in my room. Caulking chipped and some mold in shower. The tile floor in the entry looked and felt greasy. There was an extra charge of $64 for parking in the garage. I thought it was included. And that price is ridiculous. There was extra charges to my account that shouldn't be there. Was not a pleasant or relaxing experience

Positives:
Not a bad atmosphere overall.
Negatives:
To be honest price of breakfast buffet is ridiculous. Kind off a ripoff. The hotel on the next street offers free breakfast basically the same food.

Pretty good.
Positives:
The kitchen staff was good and provided assistance when needed. Location was perfect for office commute.
Negatives:
1. The first room that was given to us (710) was not clean. It had an odd smell for the sheets and had dust/stains. When we informed reception, first they asked us to wait till the next day. Upon going down and meeting them, one of them was kind enough to help us switch rooms the same day.
2. The swimming pool at the hotel is not big enough
3. On the last day of our stay, the hotel staff asked us to vacate the room by 11, whereas we had a written communication that we can checkout by 4 PM. At around 11:45, we got a call asking us to leave by 12. We were asked to go downstairs to show the email (we had an email confirmation that our special request was accepted during booking- which was to extend the checkout time). When we checked in, it was re-confirmed with the staff at the time as well. Upon showing the email, they did not bother and insisted we leave by 12, which they later extended to 1 PM. They asked us to go and explore the city. One of the staff was very rude to me and when I told him that, he ignored me and kept working on his computer. We checked out from the hotel at 1. I was unwell and wanted to take rest for few hrs. But we did not have a choice, but to leave hastily.
