Positives:
Definitely the staff. I had arrived on the early side, before check-in time since I had just disembarked from a cruise, but they said they had a room ready for me. After check-out the next day, they held my luggage all day until I left for the airport.

Housekeeping did not come very often, had to request them to clean the room despite us not being in the room most of the time. Occasional street noise could be heard from this location.

Positives:
It was in a great location. We walked mostly everywhere and the train was just few blocks away. The hotel was clean and staff were, for the most part, pretty great.
Negatives:
They never provided housekeeping after the second day, which was part of the deal. Staff assured me in the morning that housekeeping would be by, but when we returned for the day no one had been there. Breakfast buffet was not very good at it cost $25!

Interior of the room was a bit dated, not what i would expect for a Hilton hotel. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable, and the room a/c unit was very loud. Room wasn't cleaned on the schedule they gave me.

Check in was fast and easy and the staff was great! There was a problem with someone else who was checking in and the lady helping them was very patient and kind. The lobby was inviting and our room was very comfortable.

the heating/cooling unit in our room was pretty loud
