Positives:
Laundry was relatively easy. Pool was okay, easy to walk to things but not necessarily super close to major sights.
Negatives:
2 members of staff in particular were just plain awful. On check in and check out their attitude was so poor, they were either argumentative, rude, and insulting and did not explain the car parking despite charging $64/day and the guy on check out might as well have not said anything- So dismissive and uncaring. Zero hospitality.
It was my first time visiting America and honestly they did not give a good representation.

The bed was very comfortable . Location is walking distance to monorail and pike market, there are e-bikes and scooters on every corner. Has a jacuzzi, pool and gym but we didn’t use. The breakfast is just ok,
But they have free coffee and juice in the lobby and provide bottled water

The air conditioner was so noisy that I barely noticed my husband’s snoring

Check-in was fabulous on the first day of our stay. Helpful staff helped us get to the port the next day.
On the second day of our stay (the next weekend) our check-in was not so great: abrupt and unhelpful staff. As we checked out, though, Reuben was extremely helpful, and we recommend him for accommodation.
Negatives:
See above: some staff need customer service retraining. I realize it is a busy tourist city, but telling two 70 yos to walk to the train 10 blocks away to find transportation is not considerate or was not helpful in our situation.
