The location was great! I liked the restaurant on the 5th floor. The simple water jug and fruit offered in Lobby was very nice.

The original room assigned the card wouldn't unlock so moved us to another room. Some light bulbs in the room didn't work.

Hilton Motif-a must stay!

Value for money, It was very expensive and nothing was special. Also, I don’t like that after my stay their system is still deducting from my debit card. I said to one on the staff from first day and she said it’s an error. There were many transactions. It shouldn’t be be big deal asking them to kindly stop charging me. I messaged the hotel in the app and still waiting for a reply from hotel.

That it is in downtown, staff are all friendly and responsive, room and bathroom are clean and that it is dog-friendly.
Negatives:
The small mirror in the bathroom did not turn on, there’s no water bowl for my dog, there’s no microwave, elevator wait is pretty long.

It all started with check in. Our room was not ready for 1 hour and 45 minutes after check in. When we finally got to our room after waiting in the lobby we only had 1 set of towels for the two of us. We will never stay at this Hilton again!!! We also got trapped in the parking garage when the parking meter machine malfunctioned! Horrible trip

Nice location in downtown and right near my office. Easy to walk to and the staff was very nice

The shower made a horrible clanking noise when I turned it on, and I could hear the same thing happening to others In adjacent rooms, so something funky going on with the plumbing/showers. Other than that, it was perfect

There wasn't linens for sofa sleeper. Mattress was not comfortable. The Granddaughter had to get into bed with us. Very inconvenient. Didn't have enough towels for everyone in the room.
