My hotel stay was rough to say the least. I have as locked out of my room for 4 hours. While the front desk staff was wonderful, the engineering staff had appalling customer service at best.
Negatives:
Customer Service. Only bright spot here was the manager Kim and two wonderful boys from the front desk Massai and Dan. The hotel refunded my entire stay for how horrible I was treated.

We stayed in the hotel for seven days. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned every day except two days.
Negatives:
Hotel forgot to provide a nonskid rubber mat for bathtub/ shower, and this cause to slip and fall from the bathtub to the floor injuring my left shoulder seriously. Had to go to hospital. To this date, limited use of left arm and pain still exist.
