The restaurant, its menu were both mediocre at best. The food was served was not worth the prices. I stayed at the double tree a few days before and had a fabulous meal for $52. Here, I paid $30 for their version of a French dip (over cooked meat on a tough bread roll) with no flavor. Woke up to have breakfast and there weren’t any options until 11am.

good service to airport. Room was clean and shower was good (good water pressure and lots of hot water). The restaurant staff were helpful and cheerful.
Negatives:
Front desk person was perfunctory vs welcoming. The hallways were a maze - the place is huge and spread out - we really did not receive adequate information to find our room easily. One sign in particular was very confusing, as two different directions to our room were indicated and the signage for the elevator was minimal. All the nearby restaurants were clones of the one in our hotel.

The out door hot tub was not working which was one of the reasons i booked the hotel.As i can not use feather pillows i asked for fome ones before dinner when i returned to our room to fall into bed after a 10 hour flight they had not been replaced i then had to go down and ask again and they took half an hour to be delivered.the following morning at brackfast my husbands eggs benedict was the worst i have ever seen and we were told they were too busy to make me an Americano they only had drip coffee

The 3 nights were wonderful.

Great location; convenient to the airport and within walking distance of restaurants. Very large double king room; great for families or group of friends.

I was very happy to have a shuttle to the airport, but the driver did not offer any information regarding access to the terminal, which I was unfamiliar with. He dropped me off at a location that required crossing the street, walking into a parking garage entrance; then taking an elevator, continuing across a skybridge and into the terminal. There were no signs visible, but fortunately a woman offered assistance.
